Responisibilties include but are not limited to: Preparing all major food items, including all soups, vegetables, sauces, etc. Employee will maintain control charts of all food items produced and be responsible for opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. Other duties include being able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Must be avaialable to work a flexible schedule and culinary school preferred. |

| Full-Time position for an individual interested in experiencing varied aspects of pastry production under the supervision of the Pastry Chef. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparation of deserts, breads, pastries, mignardise, cakes, etc., production and plating of desserts for banquet functions, ordering, sanitation, menu development, food storage, and labeling. MUST be available holidays, weekends, and variable shifts. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand 8 hours. |
